As more and more people like to keep pets nowadays, the growing market needs require better management system as to pets and their masters. The problems such as lost pets, security and accurate inspections are easy to occur frequently. Wandered dogs may spread diseases and so cause threads to citizens. To better manage the pets and ensure vaccine and inspection has become a focused issue for corresponding management departments nowadays.

Using RFID technologies along with computer science and the Internet, pet management has become easier. Every pet can be injected with a unique identification label (UID), which acts as the pet's ID card. This card stores necessary info of the pet and the data can be transferred to computer software and related applications via handheld data terminals with GPRS and WiFi modules. As a result, the info of pet's spectrum, descendant, ID, master, health and disease prevention can be identified and analyzed automatically.
